The first building of the estate, right next to the entrance, is the old cellar and the place where the grapes were dried. Today, following a careful restoration, the building is the headquarter of the property and it hosts the reception, the cellar where the wine ages in barrique barrels and the restaurant.
The Ristorante delle Fattorie is located on the upper floor. It is a large lounge with exposed beams and a big traditional fireplace. All the decor is rustic and features ancient instruments of the farmers and horse saddles.
This is where breakfast is served every morning: a buffet breakfast with homemade cakes and pastries, cold meats and cheeses, juices, coffee and tea.
Upon request, dinner and brunch are also available: they will ensure our guest to enjoy traditional Tuscan dishes and local products of the farm. Homemade pasta, ribollita soup, ragout of wild boar, venison, roasts, vegetables of our land and fruits of our trees, and, of course, wine and oil of our own production.
For our guests we organize Tuscan cooking classes: the teacher is the exceptional cooker of Fattorie Santo Pietro.
