The imposing dining room, where grapes used to make Vinsanto were once left to raisin, is dominated by a large fireplace.
By prior arrangement, guests may dine here, enjoying the estate's typical products (wine and oil) and traditional Tuscan dishes. A full buffet breakfast and brunch are available on request.
Cookery courses in Tuscan and regional cuisine can be arranged for groups of 5 to 10 people.
